Tier 2 Network Engineer

The Tier 2 Network Engineer is principally responsible for supporting all aspects of the computer network for Illumen’s clients. The Tier 2 Network Engineer is responsible for learning client networks, proactively addressing issues to eliminate problems, respond to and resolve trouble tickets, and participate in strategic planning designed to improve the client computing experience.

Marketing Assistant

This part time position requires a commitment of 20 hours/week.  The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and qualify new prospects for Illumen's information technology products and services.  You will work with managers from sales and marketing to define goals and tactics and have access to a wealth of technical engineers to help you achieve success.
